Three years ago in spring, both my eyes started to burn and hurt, and I couldn't see why. Was it the cold April wind or hormones? Or an allergy? It went on for about two weeks, the ophthalmologist found nothing, but diagnosed conjunctivitis.
The prescribed eye drops didn't help at all. Mentally trapped by the incessant, very unpleasant pain, I only looked up what the underlying conflict might be a little later in Björn's GNM book: “visual separation conflict”. Of course!

What had happened before the symptoms started? My beloved kitty had passed away, 19 years old, always in perfect health and a truly noble personality, this Carthusian cat. Her departure tore a real hole in the family fabric. I was very sad for two weeks and every time I came home I “saw” her running towards me, only to be disappointed to realize that it was an optical illusion and that she would never come back!

Solution:
“By chance” I was sitting in a park during those days, a strange very friendly man spoke to me intuitively and talked to me about the spiritual world and comforted me. When he left, it was as if I had met an angel. Things happen!
The intense grief ended with this encounter, I was able to let go of the cat - the conflict was resolved and the healing phase began.
The eye symptoms were severe for two weeks, but after another two weeks everything was fine again. When I realized the connections and traced them again, the healing went very quickly and remained constant.
As both eyes were affected: Apparently the cat had been a child and a friend to me, bravo! Take care, dear Muck! Later I remembered that as a child I regularly suffered from persistent and chronic conjunctivitis: we had moved away from my beloved grandma and for a while I could only see her a little, which made me very sad. It wasn't until years later, when we had daily contact again, that my eyes finally got better.
