My partner had bought a beautiful apartment near the sea for us.
We moved in at the beginning of the summer and everything was perfect.
Then, in winter, problems started with the damp, the house had no heating and the build quality was like it is in southern countries.
At some point I discovered the first mold while cleaning and as the weeks went by everything got worse and worse, mold everywhere!
On our books, clothes, the underside of the mattresses, under the carpet, the apartment was literally moldy under our butts and we had to throw a lot of things away.

All the countermeasures didn't help and so we tried to sell the apartment again.
I knew that mold is harmful to health and felt really uncomfortable in the apartment at the time, I was afraid for my health (the mold was attacking me and I couldn't leave).

During this time, I suddenly developed thick blackheads on the outside of both upper arms and these turned into terribly inflamed, pus-filled spots that hurt and wouldn't heal.
I was in pain if anyone touched my arms and suspected that the skin problems were related to the apartment.

I think the decision to sell was to resolve a defilement conflict and unfortunately as the selling process took another year, I was in a hanging cure (festering pimples). After we moved, the pimples finally healed and I've never gotten any in that spot since.
