“Cold” or ‘flu’ after overcoming accusations at work

I work in a small team of 6 people at the company. We have a really good and humorous atmosphere. Every now and then we go out for a private beer after work and private matters also come up in conversation - we also have a (young) team leader who used to be a colleague, but we all act as equals.
Here's the thing: I was explaining something to another colleague in the corridor about the overtime regulations or so-called mandated overtime and the legal passage on this. Our team leader heard this from his office.
A good 30 minutes later, he asked me into his office (thinking absolutely nothing of it) and started thundering out that I “shouldn't incite employees, what I'm saying isn't true, etc.”. The manner can only be described as aggressive and malicious.

A DHS couldn't be better: out of the blue, the two of us all alone or rather me all alone with myself and then the incomprehensible! As if that wasn't enough, he came to my office afterwards, but all his arguments and examples came to nothing and he reiterated that he wasn't backing down from his opinion/accusation, etc. I was really baffled!
I was really perplexed!

Effects:
I only had this incident on my mind for a few days and reported it to our head of department a week later, as it seemed 'too hot' to me, this accusation of inciting employees; for me, this goes into company damage and I spoke to the head of department in peace and understanding. Everything was fine again, as the manager supported my view/procedure and had nothing to criticize. - Incidentally, the employee in question, whom I was supposed to have 'hounded', didn't feel anything of the sort either.

Then a cold set in, which dragged on annoyingly for about 2 - 3 weeks, yellow mucus from the nose and also a little scratchiness in the throat and coughing, but not too much. There was also a scratchy throat and some coughing.
What I immediately stopped doing was going out for a beer in private! Then the cold really set in!

New medicine:
1) DHS: I never expected such a malicious-aggressive statement in my life, as we have a super great working atmosphere.

2) 2-phase: active phase: approx. 1 week: constantly thinking about the incident for several days until I had the resolving conversation with the head of department: i.e. the conflict resolution. The cold only really set in when things calmed down at the weekend.
Healing phase: approx. 2 - 3 weeks: The multiplication of duration and extent of the conflict makes the difference, it wasn't too long, but it was very high in my opinion. In between, a brief sensation of cold without chills and frequent sneezing in succession (approx. 20 times); yellowish-purulent nasal discharge, little watery sputum.

3) Cotyledon:
Red group, outer cotyledon: weather conflict, simply not having expected it;
Yellow group, inner cotyledon: stink conflict, this conflict prevailed.

4) Sense:
Biological: With more mucous membrane cells to better absorb the scent.
Mental: I am happy about such situations, because they say: give the person power and/or money (team leadership = power), then you can see what the character is really like! - Learn to maintain a good atmosphere in conversations with greater inner distance and leave private matters private.
