Wife, 70, about two and a half years ago our daughter broke off contact with her original family for the second time out of the blue: “We'll come back another time.” Radio silence!

There was nothing we could do but respect this decision with a heavy heart.
I was helped by the words of a therapist who informed us about breaking off contact on TV:
“No answer is also an answer and means : leave me alone! ”

This summer, towards the end of a visit with a nice woman, I felt the need to tell her about my most intimate and painful situation, the fact that my daughter had cut off contact.
I was very emotional, but soon “caught” myself again.
Shortly afterwards, I felt a cold sore on my mouth.

I recently decided to write about this case study. Now I dared to talk about it! Before writing it down, I got a reflux that took my breath away. Threatening!
I reflected on my situation and realized how hurt I was.
I wanted to justify my daughter's behavior to make it bearable for me. I don't know what's wrong with her.
Thank God I can live with not knowing more and more easily.
I can't and don't need to help her!

I am visibly detaching myself from my expectations and wishes, becoming more independent and free and am more and more at peace and in unconditional love with my daughter and, above all, with myself.
I am therefore also grateful for this challenging life situation, which allows me to grow and mature.

Most common conflict for the lips: Not being able to say something.
Finally being able to say the unspeakable - conflict-active at first, but then healing. The lips, which are well supplied with blood, usually respond to emotional impulses immediately. You can often feel it just minutes later.
Reflux and heartburn are symptoms of conflict activity.
Bringing up the situation before writing was stressful for the subconscious - a sign that this conflict/life task has not yet been completely resolved.
