A young woman has become a mother for the first time. Unfortunately, breastfeeding did not go so well at the beginning and there were some delays in the baby's feeding, so that the baby panicked, grabbed the nipple very roughly due to its great hunger.
This rough sucking behavior remained every time she started breastfeeding, i.e. the baby always snatched at her "like a little predator" until it calmed down a little and was able to relax.

All this often caused the mother a lot of pain at the breast - she experienced these situations as an "attack conflict" in the breast area, which triggered the SBS of the dermis.
Over time, breastfeeding became easier, but there were still recurrences of such painful experiences during breastfeeding.
Each of these situations was a small recurrence of the Meaningful Biological Special Program, so that over the next few months dozens of small dark brown moles/dots formed in a radius of 1-5 cm around the nipple. They each had a diameter of 0.5 to 1mm and were sometimes slightly raised.

Even after breastfeeding, these remained present for the time being. When the second child was born a few years later, breastfeeding with this one was completely different. This baby was much more careful when latching onto the nipple and sucking - and she was now able to enjoy breastfeeding much more.
These new, positive sensations represented the conflict resolution of the old, down-transformed special programs.
Over time, she noticed that the spotting became less. In some cases, she was even able to scrape them off with her fingernail.
One year after the breastfeeding period of the second baby was over, the spotting had not completely disappeared, but for the most part it had.
